The team of Ismael Garcia, Billy and Cullins did a good job in installing the windows.

Had old leaky flat roof replaced. Old roof was tar and gravel, new roof is TPO. Overall the work was excellent, but the workers used one of our landscape rocks as a block for their trailer and broke it. Also they didn’t completely remove all the debris after completing the job.

James and Jesus were fantastic. Answered all my questions when asked and let me watch. They did an outstanding job on the install.
I would definitely recommend them to others.

The presentation/ sales experience was hassle free and the warranty and price was a much better value compared to competitors. James Z. and the install team were amazing! Very professional, experienced and engaged throughout the whole installation. They worked hard to get the initial installation completed and the windows sealed/ready for stucco before rainy weather hit. The team cleaned up and returned outside items back in place when the job was done.
Overall stress-free experience!

Very glad we purchased 5 replacement windows from window world. Used lowes 2 yrs ago. But the installer did poor job with cover up. Manny was really good, a pro and answered our questions. They cleaned up well and he was very friendly. Only problem, our stucco around the windows came angle out on a slight angle so outside molding of windows left corners sticking out and the sides of molding not flush. I can see the window outside our front door could catch skin or clothing, or at least get bent or pulled off. Not your fault, but by design. Wish we had a way of correcting that.. thank you. I cannot say enough about this experience. Number one I was not planning on buying anything when I scheduled the appointment. My presentation was great though and the price was phenomenal. The installation process was less that 6 weeks after the order. The installation team came on time, they worked hard and finished in one day. Literally the only irritating thing was the aggressive follow up calls about the final payment which could have been a text message. But- I get it. People get weird about money. They also seemed bummed that we didn’t finance? So maybe the sales people get a bonus for financing.
Anyway- 20/10!!

Install team of Manny and Jose arrived on time were very professional on their greeting. They explained what was going to take place in the replacement of 6 windows . They provided protection on my carpet and both were very concerned for cleanliness. Job was completed and walk through was provided. Would recommend window world for you window needs.
