I cannot say enough about this experience. Number one I was not planning on buying anything when I scheduled the appointment. My presentation was great though and the price was phenomenal. The installation process was less that 6 weeks after the order. The installation team came on time, they worked hard and finished in one day. Literally the only irritating thing was the aggressive follow up calls about the final payment which could have been a text message. But- I get it. People get weird about money. They also seemed bummed that we didn’t finance? So maybe the sales people get a bonus for financing.
Anyway- 20/10!!

Install team of Manny and Jose arrived on time were very professional on their greeting. They explained what was going to take place in the replacement of 6 windows . They provided protection on my carpet and both were very concerned for cleanliness. Job was completed and walk through was provided. Would recommend window world for you window needs.
